As the name suggests, these apartments are a ‘home from home’, set within well-maintained gardens, just 10 minutes walk from the Citadel of Calvi. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is within 350m. Rooms & Views The 38 air-conditioned pool view studios are located in 4 separate buildings on two floors. They accommodate 2 guests and comprise twin or double beds, kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom with shower. Studios vary in shape and size and all have a balcony or terrace and a view of a pool and the gardens. Many have recently been refurbished with interior furnishing which is unpretentious and functional. There is a larger apartment accommodating 3 persons with a separate bedroom and a bed in the lounge area. Although linen and towels are changed weekly, guests are expected to make their own beds. Families with more than one child under 16 are not accepted in July and August and children under 16 years must be accommodated with an adult. A deposit of €50 or £35 is payable on arrival in cash or by bank cheque and is refunded at the end of your stay, subject to the apartment being left tidy.Bon Appetit Guests can prepay for dinner at the Hotel Saint Christophe, which is within a 15 minutes walk, for the nights of Monday, Wednesday and Friday at a cost of £39 per person. This should be arranged when you make your initial booking and will allow a credit of €21 per person per meal against the à la carte menu, excluding drinks. Any excess must be paid locally and no refunds will be given. |
