These comfortable studios and apartments are in a slightly elevated position with fine views of the Gulf of Saint Florent and are 450m from the beach. Saint Florent town with its marvellous restaurants, good shopping, village square and marina is within 1½km. There is a swimming pool. Rooms & Views Each of the 40 studios and apartments has a furnished terrace, at least a partial sea view, TV, mini-oven with grill, a hob, kettle and toaster and a shower.Studios M2 are approximately 36m² and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. There is a living room with a double sofa bed and an alcove with two bunk beds suitable for children. One bedroom apartments M3 are approximately 36m² and can accommodate four persons with a bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Two bedroom apartments M4 are approximately 52m² and can accommodate up to seven persons. There is a double bedroom and a second mezzanine bedroom, which opens on to the living room and has a double and a single bed for a child. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.Facilities & Activities Swimming pool (open May to September)
Linen and towels are changed weekly. A refundable security deposit of €150 per studio or apartment is payable locally on arrival. |
