This modern, well-appointed complex is located across the road from Alghero’s famous ‘Lido’ beach and beautiful bay. The apartments are readily accessible to the port, town centre and shopping area, which are very lively during the holiday season.

54 studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments on 3 floors. These spacious apartments are tastefully furnished and have a balcony or terrace, lounge area, kitchenette, telephone, shower and w.c. Please note all studios and apartments have double beds only.

Studios have a double bed and accommodate two guests.
1-bedroom apartments accommodate up to 4 guests in a double bedroom and on a double sofa bed in the lounge area.

There are larger 2-bedroom apartments which accommodate up to 6 guests.
Safe deposit boxes may be hired at a local charge of €6 per week.
Baby cots are at a charge of €40 per week paid locally.

Air-conditioning is available at a local charge of €45 per studio or apartment per week.

A security deposit of €100 per apartment is payable in cash locally on arrival.

Linen is changed and the apartments are cleaned twice a week.
