These are two very well-appointed identically designed villas built on two levels, enjoying a small lawned garden with a shower, a terrace and marvellous views of the bay. There is a built-in barbecue and casual furniture on the terrace. They are located almost next door to each other in the heart of the villa complex, within 250m of the beach and approximately 800m from the town. Car parking is available in the adjoining road.
On the upper floor is a bedroom with 3 beds, two of which can be made up into a double on request when booking, and a modern, spacious, en-suite bathroom with shower, w.c and bidet. The master bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor and this also has an en-suite shower and w.c. The lounge is spacious, well furnished and decorated in pastel colours, with French doors leading to the terrace. In the kitchen/diner there is a large table with six chairs, an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Air-conditioning in the lounge is included for 2 hours per day.
