The spacious and very attractive Villa Pineta is ideally situated, overlooking the fine beach and just a short walk from Cannigione town centre. A charming, semi-detached villa standing in an elevated position, it has a private swimming pool and its own lovely gardens with beautiful views through palm trees and umbrella pines across the bay of Arzachena and of the sandy beach opposite. Rustic steps lead up to the gardens and entrance.

There is space to park a car by the entrance gate.
The villa is tastefully decorated and paintings with a nautical theme are liberally displayed.

Rooms & Views

The entrance to the villa is from the large sun terrace which leads into a spacious, split lounge/ dining room with a handsome feature fireplace, a table which comfortably seats 8 persons and a satellite TV.

The separate kitchen is well equipped with a full oven and grill and opens on to a side terrace with a barbecue. An air-conditioned twin bedroom and a shower room with washing machine are also on the ground floor. Upstairs are a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, a small room suitable for 1 child with a single bed, and a further shower room. All bedrooms except the small room have air-conditioning and all bedrooms have a full or partial sea view.

Pool

The 8m x 3m pool with sunbeds is surrounded by lawns.

Transfers (Saturdays only) from/to Olbia airport approx 50mins.
Transfers (Saturdays only) from/to Alghero airport approx 1hr 40mins at a supplement of £40 per person each way. Private transfers for other days available at a supplement.
