The Sardinian Experience…
Together with the Hotel Corallo featured on the opposite page we have arranged a 7 nights gastronomic and cultural experience where you can learn about and sample some of the culinary delicacies of Sardinian cuisine. It is aimed at both amateurs and professionals wishing to benefit from the knowledge of the hotel’s ‘local celebrity chef’, Angelo Pittui. Angelo, who has been a notable chef for 25 years, has 10 years of teaching experience in Italy and overseas.
He is President of the Regional Association of Chefs and in 2000 he was awarded the ‘Collegium Cocorum’, one of the most distinguished awards for culinary expertise in Italy. The course will include hands-on sessions for learning and practicing new techniques, as well as visits to vineyards and other local food producers, and time to relax by the sea.
In addition to the holiday at the Hotel Corallo, the Experience includes all meals, excursions and activities shown in the following itinerary:

Sun Day 2 |
Free morning for orientation. Afternoon white wine tasting.

Mon Day 3 |
Morning classes featuring fresh pasta. Techniques for tagliatelle, pennette, ravioli and sauces.
Free afternoon (with optional visit to local dairy producer).

Tue Day 4 |
Morning classes featuring seafood main courses. Techniques include salt crust and baking in foil.
Afternoon red wine tasting.

Wed Day 5 |
Full day excursion by minibus to Alghero and Sella Mosca Wine Cellar and Vineyard. |
Thu Day 6 |
Morning glass bottom boat trip (2 hours).
Free afternoon.
Cocktail Party and Graduation Ceremony followed by Gala Dinner with Sardinian music and dancing. |
