A new villa on the enchanting island of Brac in the charming village of Skrip, a 2 hours drive from Split airport and only 10km from Supetar ferry port. This property has a unique hilltop position with magnificent sea views. The village of Skrip is delightful with a collection of old stone houses and just 200 inhabitants. A local grocery shop is 300m from the house. Splitska or Supetar are within 10 km and have a better selection of shops, bars and restaurants. In Splitska you can stroll along the lovely seaside promenade lined with restaurants with outdoor tables. There is also a beautiful pebble beach in a cove with crystal-clear water.

Drive 10 minutes to the charming coastal village of Postira, which has bars, shops and some good restaurants.

This spacious villa is perfectly located in a wonderfully elevated position in the old village of Brela, just 90 minutes from Split airport. It overlooks the sea to the island of Brac and a large olive grove where guests are free to wander. This is a lovely part of the coast with pristine, child-friendly beaches backed by verdant olive groves, which reach to the hills of Biokovo National Park.

An old stone villa located in a wonderful hillside position with splendid sea views in the village of Brela, just 90 minutes drive from Split airport. The property overlooks a 3000m² olive grove and the azure-blue waters of the Adriatic Sea. A 5 minutes walk through the olive grove leads to 2 excellent restaurants, Ivandicha Dvori and Konoba Krichack. Brela has a beautiful promenade and a series of child-friendly beaches, several restaurants, a few bars and some shops. Baska Voda, Tucepi and Podgora are lovely nearby seaside resorts within 15 minutes drive. The larger seaside town of Makarska is 20 minutes away and has a busy nightlife, many good restaurants and daily boat excursions to the islands of Brac and Hvar.

The ancient city of Split, with its 1700 years old Diocletian’s Palace, is only a 45 minutes drive away. Further north is the charming old town of Trogir, a UNESCO Heritage Site.

This recently built and tastefully decorated villa is situated in the sleepy little village of Celopeci, just 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport. The villa is surrounded by 500m² of gardens. The nearest supermarket is 2½ km away. Dubrovnik, the famous medieval walled city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 10 minutes drive from the villa. Here you will find plenty of pebble beaches and a bewildering selection of good restaurants, shops, bars and vibrant nightlife.

This is a city of rich culture and there is an excellent range of exciting excursions to the Dubrovnik Riviera islands of Lopud, Mljet, known for its beautiful national park, Kolocep and lastly Korcula, the birthplace of the world famous explorer, Marco Polo. The seaside village of Cavtat is just a few kilometres away and has a wonderful range of outdoor restaurants along its palm-fringed promenade...

The charming little village of Trsteno is15km from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik and just 45 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport. It has one of the oldest botanical gardens and arboretums in Europe and just a few villas and houses.

The villa is stylishly decorated and well furnished and has wonderful views of the Elaphiti islands and the Adriatic sea, just 70 metres away. A paved path leads down to the seashore where there is a jetty and a rocky beach for sunbathing and swimming. 

There is a shop, some bars and the restaurant Canossa 500m from the villa. The old city of Dubrovnik is just down the road and offers a wealth of culture, entertainment, bars and good restaurants.

This property is a short 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport, by the sea in the small village of Lozica, an area known for its affluence. The nearest shop is about 800m distant and a large supermarket is 2km away. Restaurant Dubrovnik with its extensive menu is within 20m. The villa is only 50m from the sea front, which has a shingle, rocky beach.

There is another lovely beach in the old town of Dubrovnik, called Banje, and more good beaches in nearby Lapad bay. The villa is 5km from the medieval, walled city of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO Heritage Site. There are many items of cultural interest and quality restaurants, bars and shops. Take a ferry to the islands of Sipan, Lopud, Kolocep and also Mljet with its fabulous National Park or Korcula, famous for its historical town.

Through the palm and evergreen trees there are pleasant views of the sea and the nearby Pakleni islands. Accommodation is spacious and painted in cool Mediterranean colours with tiled floors.

Light up the barbecue in the private garden or take a 15 minutes stroll into nearby Hvar town and enjoy its vibrant nightlife, bars and excellent restaurants.

A beautifully renovated stone house with a wonderful hillside location near the old seaside fishing village of Podgora on the Makarska Riviera, 1 hour 50 minutes drive from Split airport. There are magnificent views across the crystal-clear Adriatic sea to the island of Brac. The Makarska Riviera is noted for its lovely beaches, one of which is just 5 minutes from the villa.  Podgora village has an ancient stone church, several shops, bars and the restaurants Rocco and Ribar, which serve fresh fish, meat and delicious local wines.

A 10 minutes drive leads to the lively seaside town of Makarska, which has a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops and some interesting night spots. There are daily ferries to the lovely islands of Brac and Hvar.

This charming villa is in an elevated position with splendid sea views on the southern side of the Peljesac peninsula on the outskirts of the village of Trstenik, 90 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport.

This is a small fishing village nestling in a lovely bay with a long pebble beach and is reputed to be one of the most beautiful villages in southern Dalmatia. Wake up to the sounds of the fishing boats bringing in their fresh catch or walk just 150 metres to the beach for a swim before breakfast. The excellent fish restaurants of Trstenik and the local grocery shop are just 150m away. The larger village of Orebic is just 25 minutes away and also has many good restaurants. Stroll around the traditional old stone houses or take a ferry to the fascinating medieval town of Korcula, where the world famous explorer Marco Polo was born.

This charming stone property is 2 hours drive from Dubrovnik airport and looks down on the beautiful little village of Podobuce with splendid views to the sea. The village is in the famous wine area of Postup and has a lovely bay with a pebble beach. A 200m promenade leads to the beach and the village and a family summer restaurant which serves delicious local food.   

The nearest shops are 9km away in Orebic town with its many bars and restaurants. Take a 20 minutes ferryboat ride from Orebic to the historic town of Korcula, famous as the birthplace of Marco Polo, or explore the small and charming village of Trstenik and its lovely beach only 15km away. Nature lovers should drive 30km to Prapratna and take a ferryboat to the island of Mljet, the home of one of the best National Parks in Croatia.

After a 90 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport, this lovely villa is approached along a pine tree-lined drive and its privacy is secured by its own stone boundary walls. This is a wonderfully peaceful place to be with fabulous views over the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Wine buffs will be pleased to know that 4 minutes walk leads to the local winery. The charming village of Trstenik is only 15 minutes walk away with its small population, friendly local people, several cafés, restaurants, a market and shop. Fresh fish can be bought daily in Janjina, which is 300m from the village centre.

Drive 30km to Prapratna and take a ferryboat to the island of Mljet, famous for its magnificent National Park. Or drive 25km to the town of Orebic and take a 20 minutes ferryboat ride to the island of Korcula and explore its historical town, the birthplace of the world famous explorer, Marco Polo.

A gem of a villa on the outskirts of the charming village of Trstenik and 90 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport. It is located right by the water in a marvellous location with glorious sea views across the village and its beach to the picturesque vineyards in the distance. A 2 minutes walk along the seafront leads to a local shop, a post office, some bars and an outdoor restaurant, Konoba Feral, which overlooks the sea.

Nearby is a long pebble beach. Drive for 30km to Prapratna and take a ferryboat for a day trip to Mljet Island and enjoy its beautiful National Park. Or drive 25km to Orebic town and take a 20 minutes ferryboat ride to the historic town of Korcula, the birthplace of the famous explorer, Marco Polo.

The apartment is 2 hours drive from Dubrovnik airport in the Dingac region, famous for its wine production and in particular its rich, smooth reds. The azure-blue sea is 15m away and steps lead down from the terrace to a bathing jetty.

A path from the property follows the coast 400m to a little hamlet that has a simple village shop, a restaurant and a small shingle beach. The village of Ptomje is 5km away and has a shop and a winery. About 5km by road or about 4km by footpath, there is the charming little fishing village of Trstenik, which has shops and restaurants. Drive 30km to Prapratna to take a ferryboat to the island of Mljet, the home of one of the most beautiful National Parks in Croatia. Or drive 20km to Orebic and take a 20 minutes ferryboat ride to the ancient and historical town of Korcula.

The beautiful farmhouse Graziela is just 50 minutes drive time from Pula airport. It is near the old Istrian town of St. Lovrec, surrounded by meadows, vineyards and olive groves. This century-old stone beauty is built in traditional style with wooden beams and floors.

1km away is St Lovrec, which has a shop, a restaurant and a few bars. 5 km away is Lim fjord where there are excellent fish restaurants. Seaside towns are nearby - Porec at just 12km, Rovinj 20km, and Pula 40km. The Brijuni National Park, once the residence of President Tito, is 30km away where there are train tours of the island featuring Roman remains, botanical gardens and a safari park. 

The genial owners greet guests with a glass or two of their homemade wine.

A villa of quality set in spacious, pretty gardens in a most beautiful part of Istria and just 50 minutes drive time from Pula airport. The small village of Barici is between the well known seaside resorts of Porec and Umag and near the medieval village of Groznjan. The sea is just 3km away and is visible from the upper floor of the villa. The local countryside is ideal for cycling and mountain bikes can be hired from the villa owners. The nearest beaches are 3 km way in Lovrecica, a small village with several good restaurants and a pizzeria. We recommend 2 two excellent Istrian restaurants, ‘Astarea’ and ‘San Rocco’ in the interesting village of Brtonigla some 5 minutes drive away.  Groznjan, an old stone town, has become a cultural centre for jazz music in the summer and is within 20 minutes drive. Umag is a famous Croatian coastal resort and tennis centre. Porec is a lively seaside town with many restaurants, bars, shops and places of cultural interest. Day trips to Venice can be taken from Porec...

The gardens of this lovely property are at the foot of the highest Istrian mountain of Ucka, from where there are magnificent views of Istria and Kvarner Bay. The villa is on the outskirts of the tiny village of Kozlak and is 75 minutes drive time from Pula airport. The nearby village of Vozilici has a shop and 2 good restaurants, Tri Murve and Antonio. 

A 20 minutes drive will lead to the seaside resort of Rabac with its many restaurants, bars, patisseries, cafés, shops and vibrant nightlife. There are also wonderful Blue Flag beaches, watersports, tennis, boat hire, island excursions and a weekly hydrofoil day trip to Venice. Drive 15 minutes to Labin, an old hilltop village known for its art and jazz and classical music concerts in the summer.

This lovely stone villa is one of our favourites for its peaceful location and stylish quality. It is located on the outskirts of the tiny village of Veli Golji just 40 minutes drive time from Pula airport.  The lively seaside resort of Rabac, with its many restaurants, shops, bars and beautiful Blue Flag beaches, is a 10 minutes drive away.

The popular restaurant Pineta is only 3km from the property and serves delicious traditional Istrian dishes. The village of Labin is 5 minutes drive away and has a fish and vegetable market, shops, restaurants and pizzerias. The famous Istrian seaside towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec are within 60 minutes drive time...

Amid rolling hills is the tiny hamlet of Ruzici, just 40 minutes drive time from Pula airport. Walnut House is an old stone farmhouse, which has been sensitively renovated and converted into a charming holiday home on the outskirts of the hamlet. Its pleasant gardens are bordered by surrounding vineyards. 2km away is the village of Sv. Martinski with its grocer shop and Restaurant Pineta, one of the best in this area.

There is a supermarket and a fruit and vegetable market in the lovely old village of Labin, which is 15 minutes drive away. The lively coastal resort of Rabac is another 5 minutes drive with its shops, restaurants, bars and wonderful Blue Flag beaches. Gracisce is an old hilltop town some 20 minutes drive and is the home of the best prosciutto and cheese in Istria, and the lovely old Restaurant Marino. The larger seaside resorts of Pula, Rovinj or Porec are within 45 minutes drive time...

The village of Savicenta is 3½ km away and has a bank, cafés, 2 restaurants, a butcher and some general shops. Within 5 minutes is Grzini, a traditional Istrian farm with a restaurant that serves delicious Istrian cuisine. The lively seaside towns of Rovinj and Porec, renowned for their beaches, superb restaurants and nightlife, are within 35 minutes drive.

The nearest pebble beach is only 10 minutes drive away and 5 minutes down the road leads to another beautiful beach in Duce, which is home to a good restaurant, Bracera, with outside dining overlooking the sea.

The lovely beaches of Brela and Baska Voda are 30 minutes away. The larger seaside resorts of Tucepi and Baska Voda are not to be missed for their variety of eateries, shops and evening entertainment...

Stroll to a summer restaurant right on the beach just 100m away. Or drive10 minutes to the charming town of Omis at the mouth of the river Cetina with its narrow paved streets, bars, shops, restaurants and a long sandy beach.

Drive for 15 minutes to the village of Radmanove Mlinice, which has a well organised adventure centre for rafting, canoeing, biking and trekking. The lively city of Split is only 30km away up the coast where there is a treasure trove of historical monuments and artefacts including the 1700 years old Diocletian’s Palace.
