Opened in the spring of 1998, the Residence Riva Azzurra is close to the beach and just a two minutes walk from the centre of the resort of Cannigione. From most apartments and the terrace surrounding the pool there are magnificent views over the azure-blue waters of the Gulf of Arzachena. This beautifully designed apartment complex is built on three levels and features the arches, wide terraces and wrought iron balconies which are typical of traditional Sardinian architecture.
There are two small pools with a cascade running from one to another and a poolside bar. The restaurant specialises in seafood. Pizzas and snacks and occasionally breakfast are also available if pre-booked.

ROOMS AND VIEWS
Each of the 21 air-conditioned one and two bedroom apartments is modern and comfortably furnished with en suite facilities, satellite TV, telephone, living room, kitchenette with gas hob and refrigerator and all have a balcony or terrace. Apartments accommodate 2-6 guests with double or twin beds in the bedrooms, and a double divan bed in the living room. For larger groups inter-connecting apartments may be available upon request.

This popular complex has excellent amenities and is close to the beach and the town. A refundable security deposit of euros 150 (approximately £100) is payable in cash on arrival, and is refunded at the end of the stay, subject to the apartment being left clean and tidy.Towel and linen change is weekly.
