A delightfully restored Galluran farmhouse situated amidst lush maquis on an imposing mountainside, 5km north of Cannigione. It is located off the coast road to Palau, 0.5km along a track, and has magnificent views of the beach and the Golfo di Arzachena. The house is charmingly rustic and many of the original features have been retained including the distinctive juniper and olive wood beams, whilst a more recent feature is a swimming pool.
ROOMS AND VIEWS
The entrance to the house leads directly to a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge with a large open fireplace. There are doors, which open onto a terrace with superb views as far as the island of Caprera. In the garden, there is a granite table in the shadows of an ancient olive tree where guests can relax and enjoy the beauty of this unique setting. The kitchen has a terracottatiled floor and is fully equipped with a cooker, oven and refrigerator. The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms. The roomy master bedroom has a breathtaking sea view and a double bed. The other 3 bedrooms have twin beds and a garden view. There are 2 bathrooms and both have a shower, w.c., and bidet.

A delightful stone-built, rustic farmhouse in a secluded location yet close to local amenities.
Although ideal as a family holiday home,Villa Pasella is situated on a hillside. Parents should supervise very young children, especially around the swimming pool and when walking up and down the steps from the villa. Car hire essential.
A refundable security deposit of £300 is payable with the holiday balance 2 months before departure. Maid service, towel and linen changed weekly.
