VILLA UNO 2-3 GUESTS
This is an amazing villa with its own pool. There is a bright and airy lounge and dining area furnished with some panache by Umberto, the owner, who is one of San Pantaleo’s more famous artists. The bedroom is off the lounge and has a double bed and a small en suite shower, w.c. and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with hob and fridge-freezer, and there is a washing machine in the utility area.The lounge can accommodate a third person. An ample barbecue makes eating al fresco an attractive proposition.
Parents should supervise very young children around the swimming pool area of Villa Uno as the terrain drops sharply.
VILLA DUE 2-4 GUESTS
There is a beautifully decorated lounge and living area with a double sofa bed, and French doors leading to a large terrace with views over the undulating countryside and of the distant sea. Steps lead down to the gardens and rockery. The kitchen is modern, and there is a bathroom with shower, w.c. and bidet. Access to the master bedroom is through the living area and from a separate terrace entrance. There is an en suite shower and w.c. There is access to the pool, which is shared with Villa Tre.
VILLA TRE 2-4 GUESTS
Comprises two bedrooms, two showers with w.c., a living and dining area, and full kitchen. From the living area there is access to a very unusual conservatory and on to the terrace. Steps lead up to the roof terrace, which has spectacular views. The master bedroom has an en suite shower and w.c., and patio doors leading to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a pull out settee.
STUDIO CUATRO 2 GUESTS
This is much more simple than the villas, and is situated beneath the sun terrace area of the pool of Villas Due and Tre. There is a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen area, and a shower and w.c. The studio leads on to its own terrace and small garden, and would benefit persons wishing to spend most of their time outside to enjoy the views.
