This distinguished hotel was immaculately restored in 1992 at great expense. Its hillside location below Taormina town centre has magnificent views of the bay of Mazzaro and Isola Bella. Steps descend through the flowers and trees of the attractive terraced gardens to the tennis court and swimming pool, which is set in a spectacular position.
Weather permitting, pleasant al fresco dining is a feature of the restaurant and its open-air terrace. The town centre is within a ten minutes walk and the cable car to the beach below is within five minutes walk.
