Porticcio with its magnificent sandy beach is a warm and friendly resort 12km south of Ajaccio. Along the sea front are several excellent restaurants, bars and some nightclubs. A ferry operates between June and September to Ajaccio’s Tino Rossi Marina.
De Casavone is located in a large wooded park with lawns and with direct access to beautiful, sandy Plage de la Tour de Capitello and is about a three minutes drive from Porticcio. All rooms are garden level.
ROOMS AND VIEWS
Hotel rooms are well-furnished in Louis Philippe style with good, solid furniture and each has a shower and w.c., telephone and terrace facing the gardens.
Studios are more basic and measure 33 square metres and can accommodate two adults and two children. Additionally there is a terrace facing the gardens and each has a living area with double bed and bunk beds, kitchen area with oven, hob, refrigerator and toaster. All studios have a telephone and shower with a separate w.c.
The following charges are payable locally for clients staying in studios:-
• Final cleaning charge of euros 38.12.
• Towels per studio per week euros 12.20.
• A refundable security deposit euros 160.
• Taxe de sejour euros 0.61 per person per day (also payable by hotel guests).
