This is arguably one of the most romantic hotels in Sardinia. It is a cool and elegant hotel in an elevated position surrounded by greenery and with some marvellous and inspirational views of the Mediterranean. The sea is a tapestry of blues and greens here and paths lead down to one of the coast’s most beautiful sandy, crescent shaped beaches. Recently the interior of the hotel has been completely renovated and the accommodation, service, cuisine and wine list are all compatible with a hotel of exceptional quality.

ROOMS AND VIEWS
75 air-conditioned rooms in three wings spread unobtrusively through the gardens. Each room has twin or double beds, shower, w.c., telephone, satellite TV, room safe, mini-bar and a patio or balcony. Some rooms have a sea view at a supplement. De luxe rooms are larger and junior suites have a sofa which can be converted to a third bed.

ROMANTIC OPTIONS
Honeymooners are entitled an upgrade to a junior suite (subject to availability on arrival); a boat excursion ; a candlelight dinner by the sea (subject to two other honeymoon couples also booking); a special Sardinian marriage ring for the bride; a bottle of sparkling wine in the room on arrival. Available for clients whose honeymoon terminates on or before 21 June or commences on or after 06 September.

• Two restaurants. Olivastro main restaurant where table d’hote and à la carte menus are offered on the terrace under the trees. Il Paguro is a terrace restaurant overlooking the sea offering an à la carte menu. Breakfast is served under the trees to the accompaniment of gentle live harp music.
