A popular holiday village situated in the lively resort of Giardini Naxos with its sandy beach and variety of restaurants and bars. These comfortable one or two storey studios and apartments are located in spacious sub tropical gardens of citrus fruits and bougainvillea and are approximately 100m from the beach. The town with its restaurants, shopping, village square and marina is within 1km. There is a swimming pool and a supermarket in the gardens. The varied programme of activities offered by the animation team make this an ideal resort for families and the “young at heart”.

ROOMS AND VIEWS
In total there are 252 air-conditioned studios and apartments.
Studios M are approximately 35m2 and can sleep up to three persons. There is a living room with a single bed, a kitchenette and dining area with a hob and a fridge and a shower and wc. The sleeping area is divided from the living room by a waist high partition and contains two single beds.
One bedroom apartments L are approximately 51m2 and can accommodate four persons with a bedroom with two single beds and a bath, shower wc and balcony on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and dining area with hob and fridge, a washroom with wc, and a patio with a table and chairs.
Two bedroom apartments B are approximately 53m2 and can accommodate up to five persons. On the ground floor there is a living room with a single bed, a kitchenette and dining area with hob and fridge, a shower and wc and patio with table and chairs. The sleeping area is divided from the living room by a waist high partition and contains two single beds. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a shower and wc, and a balcony with table and chairs.
Air-conditioning is normally provided from June to September and at other times according to management discretion.

Linen and towels are changed weekly. Maid service provided on arrival/departure day. A refundable security deposit of euros 50 is payable on arrival.
