The Hotel La Villa is set in 7.5 acres of well-tended, landscaped gardens in a sought after position on a hillside which overlooks Calvi town and citadel. Built in the style of a traditional Tuscan villa, the hotel offers an impeccable standard of service and facilities. It is a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux group. The food is refined and imaginative, with an extensive menu including local and international cuisine, complemented by a selection of fine wines. Dinner is served in the dining room, or on the terrace. The menu is exclusively à la carte during the period 12 July to 20 August. Calvi old town and harbour, where the hotel moors its own yachts, are about half an hour’s stroll. It has its own beach with sunbeds within 2km. ROOMS AND VIEWS
Each of the 41 spacious, air-conditioned rooms has a balcony or terrace and is furnished to a very high standard, with a dressing room and safe, an en suite marble bathroom and separate w.c. There is also a dining table and chairs, a fridge-bar and a TV and video. De-luxe rooms are even larger.
